Assembly

Full- or part-time will be considered.
£18,000 – £20,000 pro rata, based on experience.

The vacancy has been created due to a sustained increase in demand on our products.

This is a role that would suit someone looking to enter into manufacturing/factory work, or with prior experience – we will consider all applications.

You should be a versatile team player, ready to learn as you work and prepared to get to grips with a variety of light machinery and equipment. The role will also include some occasional heavy lifting.

The successful applicant will be working on our battery charger production line, but with an expectation to support other production lines as your experience grows.

On the job training will be provided during the probationary phase with an expectation of improvement to your skills over the duration of your employment.

A site visit can be arranged with no expectations if you wish to know more about the role.

Test and Finishing

Full- or part-time will be considered.
£18,000 – £25,000 pro rata, based on qualifications and experience.

This role would be best suited to someone with basic electrical test experience, but we would consider on the job training for the right candidate.

For the test element attention to detail is a must, as well as good reasoning and logic, to assist in identifying and resolving problems. You should be able to apply common sense to the role and be able to follow the necessary procedures. Training on the use of the test equipment and product orientation will be included during your probationary period.

For the finishing element, you will be required to conduct varnishing and compounding tasks that require careful handling (sometimes of heavy loads). You will be given all the necessary training to undertake the tasks and understand the importance of the processes. You will be required to utilise some heavy lifting equipment, for which you will receive the necessary training.

The successful applicant will be expected to manage the testing and finishing in a timely manner, with any down-time being used to conducting admin for the role or assist in production processes.

A site visit can be arranged with no expectations if you wish to know more about the role.
